Part One: Set up & Implementation

Step One: No obligation H&S check at your business – this is an important conversation so we’ll schedule an hour to get this done;

Step Two: H&S Manual – policies and procedures that are customised to your business.

Step Three: Implementation – our second visit to your business is to train you and your staff. Then, it’s all yours, we will leave you with your new H&S system!

Step Four: 6 weeks later – we return and check in, see how the system is working for you.

Part Two: Maintain & Develop

Step 5:We keep on visiting you to make sure we’re dusting off the manual and keeping you on your journey. We’re also available on the phone during this time for support or questions. We will adopt any legislation or good practice changes into your business as required and basically work with you to create a pretty good healthy and safe culture and system!
